Open or leaking windows
Antennas that are not lowered or removed
Wheel covers or center caps
After-market accessories
Magnetic decals or stickers
Moon roofs, sun roofs, bug shields and window shields
Vehicle molding
Non-factory installations, including paint
Collisions due to impaired steering or driving in the wash tunnel
Pre-existing damage
Vehicles 10 yrs. or older
